Job Brief:
We are seeking a skilled Video Editor who can transform raw footage into polished, engaging videos that align with our brand and storytelling goals. The ideal candidate will have a keen eye for detail, a strong sense of visual storytelling, and the ability to work efficiently under tight deadlines.

Responsibilities:

Edit video content for various platforms, including social media, websites, and promotional materials.
Collaborate with the creative team to understand project scope, objectives, and deliverables.
Assemble recorded footage into finished projects that meet the vision of the director and production team.
Incorporate graphics, animations, special effects, and sound elements as needed.
Review and make necessary edits based on feedback from stakeholders.
Ensure the final product is of high quality and adheres to brand guidelines and technical specifications.
Manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines consistently.
Stay up-to-date with industry trends, tools, and techniques in video editing and digital media.

Skills Required:

Proven experience as a Video Editor or similar role in the industry.
Proficiency in video editing software, such as Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, After Effects, or similar tools.
Strong understanding of video editing principles, including pacing, timing, continuity, and sound design.
Knowledge of color correction, audio mixing, and graphic design basics.
Creative mindset with a strong visual sense and attention to detail.
Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team.
Excellent communication skills and the ability to give and receive constructive feedback.
A portfolio of completed projects showcasing editing skills and creativity.

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience in motion graphics, animation, or 3D design is a plus.
Familiarity with video production processes, including shooting and directing.
Knowledge of SEO and content optimization for video is a plus.
